Wayne T. "Tim" Cody

Wayne T. "Tim" Cody was born November 27, 1951, in Trenton, New Jersey, and passed away suddenly at home on June 21, 2026.

Tim served as a Marine in Vietnam.

Tim and Betty C. Borden made their home together in New Egypt, New Jersey, sharing more than 20 years together until her passing in 1992. He later found love again with Lois Rainier, whom he married on November 27, 1996. In 1997, Tim and Lois moved to Warner Robins, Georgia, where he made his home until his passing.

Tim built his career in logistics and trucking, spending a lifetime keeping things moving and people connected. A happy and jovial guy, Tim enjoyed the simple things in life — time with family, his old movies, and traveling.

Tim was predeceased by his parents, Catherine and Norman Stout; his three brothers, Ronald Stout, Lawrence Cody, and Robert Cody; his aunts, Helen Haws and Sr. Mary Donald; Betty C. Borden; Betty's children, Heidi Lynn Borden and Scott Borden; and his wife, Lois Cody.

He is survived by Betty's children, Shawn Borden of Collegeville, PA, his sisters Robin Anderson of NJ, and Joanne Sklar of New Jersey; Lois's children, Cindy Veselka, née Rainier (Brett) of Jourdanton, TX, Christine Lachmanowicz, née Rainier (Marek) of Florence, NJ, and Maurice Rainier (Linda) of Salem, NH; his beloved sister-in-law, Kathleen Cody; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Tim will be laid to rest at Andersonville National Cemetery, Andersonville, GA 31711. All services will be held at the convenience of the family.
