Shirley M. Calabrese, age 80, longtime resident of Cream Ridge, formerly of Kenilworth, NJ, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. She was born on November 3, 1942 in St. John's Newfoundland, Canada. Shirley was a member of First Assembly of God in Freehold. She worked as a bookkeeper for Caltech Systems in Cream Ridge. Shirley enjoyed sewing, going to church, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend that will be deeply missed.

Shirley is predeceased by her husband, Robert Calabrese; her son, Mark A. Calabrese; and her mother, Eileen Morrisey. She leaves behind her son, Bobby Calabrese and wife Gina; her three grandchildren, Waylon, Robbie, and Jonathan; four great-grandchildren, Clara, Lettie, RW, Margot; and her sister Lorrie Erli and husband Andy.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Shirley on September 14, 2023 at 11 AM at First Assembly of God located at 272 Jackson Mills Road, Freehold Township, NJ 07728. All arrangements are under the direction of Tilghman Funeral Home, New Egypt
