Obituary

Michael McCall, 58, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away on Friday August 5, 2022 at home. Born in Fort Dix, NJ, on October 9th, 1963, Michael was a resident of New Egypt, NJ until his retirement. Working as a truck driver for Atlas Van Lines, which was one of his greatest passions, Michael was able to travel the country. He was an avid traveler and loved getting out even if that meant just driving around town. Michael was a passionate football fan, for which he loved his Denver Broncos, and NASCAR fan. He was also a loving father, brother, and uncle.

Michael is predeceased by his son; Michael D. McCall, Jr.; his parents, Robert and Nell McCall; his step-father, Rick Hogan; and his three siblings, Donna Ancekewicz, Randy Hogan, and Robert McCall. He leaves behind his daughter, Kaylee McCall of Browns Mills; his siblings; Vivian Smith and husband George of NC, Johnie McCall of SC, Karen Johnson and husband Thomas Gallucci; his best friend Shari McCall and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Michael will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 12 PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 with interment to follow at Jacobstown Cemetery located on Schoolhouse Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. Calling hours will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM on August 13, 2022 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Michael's name can be made to Deborah Hospital Foundation located at 212 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 (https://www.deborahfoundation.org/donate/).
