Marven W. "Bill" Howell, II., age 89, area resident of Vineland, formerly of Allentown, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at NJ Veteran Memorial Home in Vineland. He was born December 21, 1933 in Trenton. Marven proudly served in the United States Navy from 1952-1956. He worked as a sales clerk for Lucar Hardware in Princeton, NJ. Marven enjoyed being a part of the Hope Fire Company. He also liked cars. Marven was a loving father, grandfather, and friend that will be deeply missed.

Marven is predeceased by his beloved wife, Dianne J. Howell; his parents; and his sister Virginia Burk. He leaves behind his three children, Marven Howell and wife Doris of New Egypt, James Howell and wife Carol of North Carolina, and Virginia Murr and husband Bill of South Jersey; his two grandchildren, Joseph and Kelsey.

Funeral arrangements are being held privately at the convenience of the family. All arrangements are under the direction of Tilghman Funeral Home located in New Egypt. NJ.
