Marie A. Rahilly, age 101, lifelong resident of Springfield Township, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023. She was born on March 28, 1921 in Springfield Twp. to the late Richard and Anna (nee Beakey) Rahilly. Marie was the longest lifelong member of Saint Andrew's Church located in Jobstown. She was a member of St. Andrews Altar Rosary Society from the time of its establishment and served as an officer for many years and was a member of the Saint Andrew's Building Fund. She was also a member of Wrightstown Grange, Wrightstown and Columbus Garden Clubs. Working at Fort Dix for 40 years, Marie was the secretary for the McGuire-Fort Dix Retiree Organization. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, her favorite flower being daffodils and crewel stitchery. Marie traveled to Ireland three times. She was a loving aunt, great-aunt, and friend that will be deeply missed.

Marie is predeceased by her parents, Richard and Anna Rahilly; and by her brother and sister-in-law, Richard L. Rahilly and Ethel P. Rahilly. She leaves behind her niece, Patricia Rahilly-Conover Jones and husband Paul of Springfield Twp; three great-nephews, Christopher Conover, Ryan Conover, and Andrew Conover; and several cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 10 AM at Saint Andrew's Roman Catholic Church located at 2489 Monmouth Road, Jobstown, NJ 08041. Interment will immediately follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery located on Cemetery Lane, Bordentown, NJ 08505. Calling hours will be held Friday night, March 10, 2023 from 7 PM to 9PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533. Memorial contributions in Marie's name can be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society Food Pantry, c/o Sacred Heart Church, 260 High Street, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 or Saint Andrew's Altar Rosary Society.
