Margaret Kay Gura, age 91, long-time resident of Cream Ridge, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026, at home. She was born on September 30, 1934, in Cream Ridge to the late Edward and Mabel Jones. Margaret liked stitching and knitting. She enjoyed playing bingo, and mahjong. Margaret was a member of a bridge club where the ladies would take turns hosting game night. She was a member of a bowling league. Margaret was an avid Phillies Fan. She would travel to Clearwater, FL for spring training every year. Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend that will be deeply missed.

Margaret is predeceased by her two beloved husbands, Rev. George Gibbs of 50 years, and Joseph Gura of 10 years; her parents, Edward and Mabel (nee Tomlin) Jones, and her three children, Edward J. Gibbs, Richard D. Gibbs, and Kathy Krupa. She leaves behind her three children, George E. Gibbs, Cindy G. McKeen and her husband Michael, Nancy K. Kohlmayer and her husband George; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and her beloved sister, Gertrude D. Distelcamp.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Margaret on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9 AM to 11 Am at Tilghman funeral home located at 52 Main Street New Egypt, NJ08533. A funeral service will begin at11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be held private at the convenience of the family.
