Lisa M. Porter, age 54, of Burlington, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly. She was born in Trenton on December 10, 1963 and was a lifelong resident of Burlington County. Lisa worked several jobs to support her family and made sure she always put them first. She was known for being helpful and a shoulder to lean on. Lisa enjoyed shopping and going to the casinos, but her greatest joy was being with her grandchildren. Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend who will be deeply missed. Lisa is predeceased by her mother, Helen Helmuth (nee Wishart); her brother, Douglas Hutson and her twin sister Lori Anne Hutson. She leaves behind her four sons, Brandon Porter of Pemberton, Andrew Porter of Pemberton, Justin Porter and Tyler Porter; her husband Issac Porter; her sister Susan Scott of New Egypt; her brother Robert Hutson of Cookstown; eleven grandchildren and many friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 9AM to 10AM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt NJ 08533. Interment will be private.
