Karen E. Bailey, age 59, of Wrightstown, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Samaritan Hospice in Mt. Holly. She was born in October 30, 1958 to the late Allen and Evelina Bailey in Mt. Holly. Karen was a sweet and dependable person who was always there when you needed her. She had a love for children and a gentle personality. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend who will be deeply missed. Karen is predeceased by her parents Allen Baily and Evelina Bailey (nee Major); her husband, John Burton and her brother-in-law Norman Jones, Sr. She leaves behind her five siblings, Charlotte Bailey and husband Danny Mann of Lakewood NJ, Allen Bailey, Jr. and his wife Denise of TX, Martin Bailey and his wife Theresa of Lakewood NJ, Sherri Bailey of Wrightstown NJ and Travis Bailey and his wife Anjenette of Cream Ridge NJ; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 12PM to 2PM at the Tilghman Funeral Home, located at 52 Main Street, New Egypt NJ 08533 (TilghmanFH.com). Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
