Jeffrey Merrick Wolfe, age 79, of New Egypt, a devoted husband and father passed away on Monday, October 18 at home surrounded by his loving family after a long battle from complications due to Agent Orange. Jeffrey proudly served in the United States Army in Vietnam, 2nd Battalion, 18th Infantry, 1st Infantry Division as a Sgt. E5. He was a sharp shooter and received many citations and commendations. He retired after 34 years working as a letter carrier with the US Postal Service in Hightstown, NJ. Jeffrey was an avid outdoor sportsman who loved hunting and fishing with his wife, family and friends. Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Christine; son Jeffrey and daughter Jennifer. He was also the proud loving grandfather of granddaughter Ashley and grandson Brett. Jeffrey is also survived by a brother Gerald and wife Janice; a niece and several nephews. At his request, no services will be held.
