Francis E. Wills

Francis E. Wills, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. He was born in Gallitcin, PA on November 6, 1940 to Raymond and Vera Wills.

Francis was honorary discharged from the US Army. He worked on the New Jersey Turnpike Authority for 34 years.

Francis was highly active at his church with the Trenton Cursillo, and food pantry. He was an avid lover of word puzzles, rosary, and spending time watching his granddaughter grow! Francis enjoyed traveling to family reunions, and dinner theatre with Brian and Helen.

Francis is predeceased by his wife, Charlotte A. Toka-Wills; his parents, Raymond and Vera (nee Dascanio) Wills; and his four siblings, John, Raymond, Rose, and Leona. He leaves behind his two children, Maria Fox and her husband Steve, and Brian Wills and his wife Amanda; his granddaughter; Audrey; his sister Joanne Diehl; and his loving significant other, Helen Pisarek.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation for Francis on Monday, August 3, 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Tilghman Funeral Home located at 52 Main Street New Egypt, NJ 08533. A funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM at the funeral home with entombment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery located at 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, NJ.
