Eddie Roman, age 77, longtime resident of New Egypt, formerly of Trenton and New York, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Samaritan Hospice located in Mt. Holly, NJ. He was born on March 23, 1947 in Puerto Rico to the late Luis and Rosa Roman. Eddie worked for Ocean Spray as a machine operator. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren. Eddie was a car enthusiast. He loved spending as much time as possible with his grandchildren. Eddie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother that will be deeply missed.

Eddie is predeceased by his parents, Luis and Rosa (nee Vasquez) Roman. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 50 years, Kathy (nee Ervin) Roman; his five children, Kenny Roman and wife Nancy, Eddie A. Roman and wife Leslie, Dina Atchley and husband Dave, Melisa Priest and husband Randy, and Crystal Roman; twelve grandchildren, John, Eddie, Mark, Susan, Brielle, Dustin, Patrick, Todd, Delilah, Britney, Kevin, David Andrew; four great-grandchildren, Liam, Giavanna, Carter, and Daniel; his sister, Ana Trujillo; and his special pet Dozer.

Funeral services are being held private at the convenience of the family. All arrangements are under the direction of Tilghman Funeral Home located in New Egypt, NJ .
