Doris J. King, age 59, of Hightstown passed away Monday, March 25 at her residence. Born in Mount Holly to the late William and Hazel (Gravatt) King, she was a longtime resident of Hightstown and previously lived in New Egypt.

Doris was a graduate of Allentown High School and worked as legal secretary for the Davis Ades Law Office in Matawan for the past 35 years.

Doris was predeceased by her parents and by three siblings, William King, Jr., Linda King and Jacqueline King. She is survived by two brothers, Frank King of Mardela Springs, MD and Robert King of Browns Mills; two sisters, Mary Ann Castagna of Port Richey, FL and Nancy Smith of New Port Richey, FL and several nieces and nephews.

Services for Doris will be private at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home in New Egypt.
