Denise C. Elmer, age 65 of Browns Mills, passed away on June 13, 2025 at RWJ New Brunswick. She was born in Trenton on April 21, 1960 to Michael and Nancy Turanin. She lived in Hamilton before moving to Browns Mills many years ago. Denise was very active in Scleroderma Research Foundations, where she made many friends, and offered support and comfort to others who shared her diagnosis. Denise also loved listening to music and had a special bond with her only son, Sean.

Predeceased by her father, Michael Turanin; Denise is survived by her mother, Nancy Turanin; her husband Dennis; her son Sean; and her brothers, Michael Jr. and Mark Turanin.

A celebration of Denise's life will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 9 AM to 11 AM at St. Isidore the Farmer Parish located at 28 Monmouth Road Route 537, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. A memorial Mass will begin at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Denise's name to Delaware Valley Chapter of the Scleroderma Research Foundation (https://national.scleroderma.org/site/Donation2?df_id=9803&mfc_pref=T&9803.donation=form1).
