Deborah A. Grove, age 74, of Chatsworth passed away Saturday, May 24 at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden. Born in Chester, PA to the late Ephraim and Theresa (Meyers) Godby, Deborah was a resident of Bordentown before moving to Woodland Township (Chatsworth) 20 years ago.

Before her retirement, she worked as a claims manager for State Farm Insurance Company. Deborah was very active in the Woodland Township Historical Society and served as President and she also served as caretaker of the Woodland Township Cemetery in Chatsworth.

Deborah is survived by her beloved husband, Barry Grove; three brothers, Charles Godby of North East, MD, Robert Godby and wife Stephine of Dagsboro, DE and James Godby and wife Marcie of Gilbertsville, PA and several nieces, nephews and good friends.

Graveside services for Deborah will be held of Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bordentown Cemetery, 210 Crosswicks Road, Bordentown, NJ 08505.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Tilghman Funeral Home in New Egypt.
