Beverly A. Stelljes (nee Giberson), age 82, lifetime area resident of North Hanover Twp., NJ, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Aspen Hills Healthcare Center in Pemberton. She was born September 17, 1938 in Allentown to the late John and Thelma (nee Smires) Giberson. Beverly, along with her husband, owned and operated Herman's Trucking in Wrightstown since 1974; she also drove a school bus for Northern Burlington Regional High School, and was a phone operator for NJ Bell. Beverly loved her Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, but most importantly she enjoyed taking care of her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend that will be deeply missed. Beverly is predeceased by her parents, John and Thelma Giberson; and by her brother Wayne Giberson. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 64 years Herman Stelljes of North Hanover Twp.; son Bruce Stelljes and wife Dianne of Jacobstown; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marilyn Stelljes and Tim Rader of New Egypt, and Tracey Oakerson and husband Andrew of Denton, NC; four grandchildren, Christie Stelljes and husband Scott Root, Carly Stelljes and husband Caleb O'Dell, Nicholas Rader, and Raeanne Rader; two sisters, Crystal Wallace and husband Paul of Southampton, NJ, Jackie Kulp and husband Russell of Chesapeake, VA; sister-in-law, Carol Giberson of Hustontown, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Beverly will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 9:45 AM at Tilghman Funeral Home, 52 Main Street, New Egypt, NJ 08533 with burial to follow at BGWCD Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown. Calling hours will be held Monday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Due to cemetery restrictions, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Beverly's name can be made to: New Egypt American Legion Post 455, 2 Meadowbrook Lane, New Egypt, NJ 08533 or New Egypt Elks Lodge No. 2457, 105 Lakewood Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533.
